When were you first established, in 2011 or 2014?
We were first established right here in San Antonio back in 2011 as a Limited Liability Company.
Why do you only focus on Veterans?
As a military spouse and a Blue Star Mom, our founder TJ Haygood, has always had a special heart for the men and women who have served our country so selflessly. Yet, many Veterans, are penalize for not having "civilian experience." We do not believe that is right.
The lack of civilian experience has put many Veterans in an immediate disadvantaged situation. As a result, it is easy to feel defeated, demotivated and sometimes depressed.
With an unemployment rate of often 3-5 times higher than an average civilian rate, we have decided to focus 100% of our efforts into education and motivating our military community and their families.
Are you recognized by Texas and the IRS?
Yes. In the state of Texas you can become a public charity nonprofit organization without the recognition of a nonprofit organization according to the Internal Revenue Service's tax codes.
Confidential Government Solutions is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit public charity organization founded by a military spouse based in San Antonio, Texas. We are totally excited about serving our Veteran population along with military members in transition and their families. This group of professionals are some of the most selfless, smart, dedicated, loyal, and hardest working people you will ever want to know.
We want this undervalued and underutilized community of men and women to know we are your champions. We are here to provide you with the most relevant career education and training program that will make a difference in your success and/or failure in the market place.
It is important to note, we are not a governmental or quasi governmental entity. 100% of our staff, trainers and volunteers have civilian work experience. What we share with you is not theory or dated material, but current and relevant information that can make the difference between getting a job offer or going on another interview. It's not about how many interviews you go on, it is about going on as many as possible until the right opportunity is identified for both you and the company.
